Mail Settings

As a general rule of thumb, to adjust your mail settings, log into your account at http://mail.yourdomain.com/ then select Settings in the top right corner.

How do I change my mailbox password?

  1. Log into your Webmail at http://mail.yourdomain.com/ with your email address and current password.
  2. Click Settings in the top right corner.
  3. Click the heading marked Accounts
  4. Click the Change Password link.
  5. On the next page, enter your current password, then your new password (twice - the second time is to ensure you have entered the same information)
  6. Click Change Password to confirm your settings.

How do I change the name displayed when I send an e-mail using Webmail?

  1. Log into your Webmail at http://mail.yourdomain.com/ with your email address and current password.
  2. Click Settings in the top right corner.
  3. Click the heading marked Accounts
  4. In the section marked "Send mail as:", click on Edit Info on the far right.
  5. Enter the text you'd like displayed in the text box under "Name".
  6. Click Save Changes to confirm your settings.
